Shipping
Utah- All products shipped in the state of Utah will have th shipping prices itemized in the shopping cart as the "Best Way".
UPS- Next Day shipping only applies to stock items, and to the next business day.
Within the USA- All other shipping outside the state of Utah, but within the continental United States may be subject to additional charges. However, most customers arrange for their own shipping carrier to pick up the product from our warehouse.
International (Canada & Mexico)- Shipping may only be facilitated by the purchaser to be picked up from Portrait Kitchens warehouse. We do not make arrangements for shipping product to any other nation at this time.
Return Policy
Any products that do qualify for a return and refund must be in their original packing, as they were shipped to the client.
No returns on special order, obsolete, clearance, display, or B-stock products.
Returns on items stocked in St George, UT, and returned after 14 days from purchase date, will be subject to a 20% restock fee, and shipping and any delivery or installation fees will not be refunded.
All products returned within 14 days from date of purchase may be returned for a full refund, including shipping fees only. Installation or removal fees will not be refunded. This refund will require the approval of the internet sales manager.
Damage / Freight Claims
All freight claims must be processed with the delivering freight carrier. Damage must be noted on delivery receipt at time of arrival. Freight carrier freight claim process must be followed. If a replacement product is required, the freight carrier must first pay for the replacement product before a new product order will be processed.
