Schedule of Fees And Retainers
For Certified Kitchen Designer

Jobite Consultation: $90 plus following fees upon design contract.

Complimentary Consultation: One hour at the showroom, followed by the appropriate fees or design retainer package below:

Custom Design Package: $3,800.00
Services May Include:

*A. Up to 40 hours of design time.
B. Conduct a complete Survey (NKBA forms) on kitchen or bath design.
C. Initial sketches for concepts of optional layouts.
D. Hand drawn certified stamped floor plans on 11 x 17 Vellum, with computer rendered elevations, and color perspectives.
E. Mechanical plans, ie. plumbing and electrical, and/or wall, window, door changes.
F. Complete Product specifications package for all products in the kitchen or bath.
G. Complete material proposal for products from Portrait Kitchens.
H. Design Statement

Standard Design Package: $1,500.00
Services May Include:

*A. Up to 15 hours of design time.
B. Conduct a basic kitchen or bath design survey.
C. Initial sketches for concepts of optional layouts.
D. 11 x 17 Computer generated floor plans, elevations, and perspectives.
E. Initial material proposal

Basic Design Fees: $125/hour
Services May Include:
Any services chosen for a kitchen or bath project. No minimum or maximum hours.

*Design time includes: Design, proposals, research, plan reviews, phone calls, measures, product evaluations, contractor coordination, and project management. Additional design time will be billed at $125/hour.

The fees or design retainer package chosen is non-refundable, and the payment is required upon signing, and prior to additional services being provided.

Valid for up to one year from the date of signing design retainer contract.
